Beosound Stage

Overview

The software update 6.0 brings significant enhancements to your ASE-based products, adding Tidal support and expanding the list of supported speakers for Beosound Core.

New Feature

• Added support for Tidal
  Enjoy high-quality music streaming with Tidal, now supported across all ASE products.
• Beosound Core
  Added support for the following speakers: Beosound Bollard, Celestial & Palatial

Improvements

• Improved stability for Deezer playback
  Experience more reliable and uninterrupted playback with Deezer.

Resolved issues

• Fixed an issue where the first radio station in the remote control list would not be selected when pressing digit 1.
• Fixed an issue where no TV sources would show up in the remote.
• Fixed an issue where the default TV startup volume would not be used.

• Fixed an issue where the LG screen saver could appear briefly during audio playback when the volume was adjusted.
• Fixed an issue that could result in no sound when changing from a TV source to Line-in.
• Fixed an issue where the Deezer album and artist name would not be shown in the B&O App.
• Minor bug fixes and improvements

Issues fixed:

• Existing MyButtons are overwritten when adding a new MyButton.
• Pressing MyButton starts the last played radio station instead of the radio station stored for the MyButton.
• Other bug fixes and improvements.

• Fixed an issue where some radio stations would stop playback.

Overview

The software update 6.1 focuses on enhancing system stability, improving user experience and resolving reported issues.

Main resolved issues

General:

Resolved an issue where products randomly go offline and require rebooting.

Resolved synchronization issue in a multiroom setup.

TV:

Fixed the absence of volume control for Bluetooth headphones connected to LG screen.

B&O radio:

Addressed an issue causing the radio to stop randomly and not restart automatically.

Google Voice Assistant:

Implemented a fix to prevent GVA from crashing.
