Before connecting the Beo Grace to your phone – please ensure that you have the latest B&O app version installed. The latest version, at time of writing, is 7.1.0. If not already installed on your phone – you can go to the app store and select update. The SW version 7.1.0 ensures that the functionality on Beo Grace is enabled and can be controlled via the app.

We are also releasing a new SW for the Beo Grace – SW version 1.1.5.
The new version will be 1.1.5 – this SW enables the NearTap feature and have address some stability and bug fixes. Please check via app for this app update and update your Beo Grace. -
Known issues on the SW 1.1.5: higher than expected power consumption leading to reduction in playtime. Please note that UI controls customization may currently present some limitations, which are expected to be addressed in future App releases.
